💎All bangles (gold & silver), are stainless steel, which means the bangles are nickel & lead free, no tarnishing & bangles should not cause your skin to break out or itch.
💎All charms are nickel & lead free, hypoallergenic, and most charms are 925 sterling silver or rhodium (a silvery-white metal, typically in association with platinum), all gold charms are gold-plated (depositing a thin layer of gold onto another surface of copper).
💎Please refrain from showering or visiting a pool/sauna in bangles, if bangles or charms get wet, simply dry them off with a cloth.
💎No, as these bangles are hand-crafted, they’re made with care, durable items, and products that allow bangle to stay up to par. Due to everyday wear & tear, all items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
💎Yes, charms are attached to bangles with a double jump ring, which secures the charms with a durable piece.
💎Some of the larger charms such as: (Lollipop, Wine bottle, etc) are screw in charms & they have been reported & rated about a 6/10, they’re adorable but not sturdy.
💎If you choose to get one of these charms, it isn’t my responsibility to replace as it’s stated that these charms aren’t durable.

💎USPS is the main postal service used to shipped items across the US. Items will be shipped in Priority Mail l, packaged with love & care.
💎We are NOT responsible for packages once it‘s the possession of USPS. Contacting your local post office or USPS customer service are the best options once a package becomes delayed, lost or damaged.
